The happiest people we have known have been those who gave themselves no concern about their own souls, but did their uttermost to mitigate the miseries of others.
Everybody can be great. Because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve.... You don't have to know the second theory of thermodynamics in physics to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.
Let us not be satisfied with just giving money. Money is not enough, money can be got, but they need your hearts to love them. So, spread your love everywhere you go
We have neither the pretension to solve all the problems of these children nor the intention to sit down and feel sorry for these poor children, knowing that we could have made a difference in their lives
Significant groups of children have become orphans as a result of death of their parents/fathers who were the sole bread earners in their families with the result, the living conditions of these children have become worst as there is no organized, systematic and continuous financial support to them. The crucial problems faced by children, after the death of their fathers, are economic hardship, psychological setback as well as lack of love and affection. The psychological and social impact of such conditions brings a disillusioned view about life as a whole
“If you can’t feed a hundred people, then feed just one” - Mother Teresa.
Do something to help the needy today. Many people fall on hard times. They can’t take care of their families properly or pay the bills. Some people cannot even go to the doctor when very sick. As fellow human beings, it's our responsibility to help these people. There are needy people in every state, city and town. Whatever your resources, you can make a difference. Helping the needy doesn’t always involve giving money. Find a way that’s right for you. Get busy lending a hand. Show your love for your fellow man, and make someone smile!
People never forget that helping hand especially when times are tough. While feeling concern for the plight of needy children is admirable, finding solutions is even better. Children suffer from a variety of problems, including hunger, homelessness and abuse. Helping needy children can elevate their physical and emotional well-being, leaving them better prepared for adulthood. It can also leave you feeling satisfied with your societal contribution. Although you can't help every child, your compassion can have a positive impact on at least one child
"We can’t help everyone, but everyone can help someone”.
